Ok, no need to panic. If u are using any 83xx device (8300/8310/8320/8330) then there isn't much that you can do as far as using BBM 7. It's still in beta for os5 devices, and its not compatible wit os4 devices and never will be unless RIM decides to support those older model phones again. If you're using an 8330 then wait for its release, otherwise use version 5 of bbm
