I would like to upgrade my wifes Sprint 8330 curve to the latest OS but have a question that I am hoping everyone can help me out. I currently sync my 8330 to my laptop using Outlook but have never performed a sync to back up her data. I don't want to allow a sync from her phone to my outlook which would corrupt all of my personal information.
My question is if I perform the OS upgrade on my wife's curve will it delete her data or will it perform a backup and restore during the upgrade process? I hope this makes sense and hope its not a difficult process so that I can give her the MMS feature that she has been complaining about for a few months now.
