    I was going to upgrade to .138 and everything was going fine. I dont know why but my dumb*** opened firefox and the computer and blackberry froze. I cannot move my mouse and I cant get clt-alt-delete to work. everything is frozen this has been about 20min now. The blackberry shows the little icon of a computer and a phone and arrows in between but nothing is moving. The computer is just stuck on home page of firefox browser. What should I do or how long should I wait. Please any info would be appreciated.

    Hold the power button on your pc for ten seconds. It will shut off. Restart and see if you can start the app loader again to start the upgrade over. If your DM wont see the device follow this http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101...ked-blackberry

    Also might add do not remove the device from the computer during the reboot.
