I want to upgrade to desktop manager 4.6. When I go to my add/remove programs it is not listed. How do I remove the program? Or, when I try to install the newer version will it automatically remove the older version?

Try installing the new one and its should ask you to overwrite it. But I dont know why it wouldnt be in your add/remove program list.

I found it strage as well. Windows Vista add/remove does not show it and Revo Uninstaller does not show it.

That is very interesting. Mine shows up using Vista Add/Remove. I believe that the Add/Remove program uses a registry setting to determine which programs to show in the Add/Remove program list. So most likely that registry key is missing or corrupted causing it to not be listed.

Wow, that is really great info. Does anybody know how to fix it? It seems to effect other installed programs as well. My add/remove programs list is pretty short.
