The link is a sticky on the front page of the 83xx section.

No you will not lose all your info but make sure you do a backup
first. The upgrade will do one also. But redundancy can't hurt.

Remember to download and save your new copies of desktop manager and your new OS. Install them to your PC from there. When you are running apploader and installing your new OS, DO NOT unplug your device until apploader says it is done if you do you will brick your device. Make sure the save restore option is selected in apploader, and go ahead and click the advanced key just before you start the upgrade and make sure the apps you want installed like docs to go have checks next to them. The click next/finish.
