I deleted all the CICAL calendars (in the Service Book) associated with each of the email addresses I pick via my BB on BIS.

I just use the Device Default calendar.

After upgrading to v4.5 the Calendar no longer synced to Outlook (Address Book, Notes, and Tasks sync fine).

How can I make the Calendar sync to Outlook?
