I am not getting my email on my blackberry anymore when I start my phone up. I can't find my USB cable to do an update, is there another way to update my phone?

login in to your BIS acct online, try to resend your service books, and/or delete email and readd it.

You should also order another USB cable from Amazon.com. They are pretty cheap there.

You should do back-ups of your Blackberry to your computer for safekeeping.
