I had phone hooked up to pc doing an update, when 1/2 way through it the phone turned off. I turned it back on & tried again, but it just kept shutting the phone off, so I quit. For the next couple days, the phone still worked, but would shut off sometimes. Now, the phone won't turn on! Is it fixable? Also, I was able to back up the text msgs onto my pc, but don't know what to do now. How can I view them again?
If u backed them up via desktop manager u can view the text msgs via a program called blackberry amber reader or something like that.. On another note you DO NOT interupt your phone during an update process... The phone is suppost to shut off and restart and reload your settings ... You may have nuked your blackberry
