    hey guys,

    i'm sure this question has been asked and i tried searching thru the forums to find an answer but got nothing.

    my sister just recently got an unlocked 8310 to use on T-Mobile, got the BlackBerry data plan, but apparently the phone's not connecting to the BlackBerry internet.

    t-zones is working, but BlackBerry Messenger and her push email aren't.

    i checked her connections and it says it's connected to the T-Mobile network but not the BlackBerry internet. i was gonna try messing around with it but i didn't wanna make things worse.

    has anyone had any similar issues or are there any solutions?

    once again, i apologize, just got my 8320 2 weeks ago so i'm still a noob with this stuff.

    goto options, advanced options and then TCP, clear the username and password fields, enter wap.voicestream.com in APN field and save
