Hi,
I'm hoping you can help. My phone is showing a small internet symbol (globe) with a number next to it. I'm assuming it means that there are 2 of something connected to the internet since just the other day there was a 1 next to it. Please help me to figure out what this is and how to access whatever it's counting! LOL

Sounds like a browser message indicator.

Open a message folder and press U and any unread messages should show up.

Thanks... but it's saying no unread messages. Any other thoughts... I have to admit it's driving me bonkers not knowing what this is! LOL

Open your messages folder and press menu and select View Folder then go to Browser Messages.
