Unknown screen indicator

I have an unknown screen icon that just appeared. It's to the right of the battery and it looks like a rectangle with two small solid squares on the left and right side. I have looke at all the symbols blackberry publishes and the list I found here, and none of them match what I have.

I don't know if its a notification, application or what.

Any help greatly appreciated. I can't get rid of it no matter what I do.
