I have a user that has an indicator that I haven't seen before. It looks a bit like a voice mail indicator but it's light blue in color, has some small dots over it, and has a number next to it. It doesn't seem to be the normal VM indicator, and a battery pull didn't make it go away. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

check messages folder, could be a pin or browser message and/or check your BBM cuz you might have a request

I looked in BBM and there was nothing there, but I will have the user check browser messages.
