    I have a message icon that looks like a tiny marble with the number 1 next to it. I do not have any messages in email, voicemail etc. Does anyone know what this is and how to remove it?

    Check your calender or your task list. It might be a reminder for an appointment or task.

    check in messages>menu button>view folder>Browser messages or WAP push messages. You can also check BBM but I think its a browser message if it looks like a globe.
