So I bought a used BB 8320 on Craigslist. It's in great shape but I got home to charge it and somethings up. I plug in the wall charger, the plug icon goes on for approx 2 seconds and the battery icon glows but then it goes off and stops charging. The plug is a tight fit so giving a wiggle does nothing. I've heard of plugs not making a connection but this clearly makes a connection then disconnects.
    Any ideas?
Private party so no taking it back to the store.

    Thanks in advance!

If it's fully charged the charge icon will disappear like that. You might want to try a charging pod.

No, the battery is only half full so it's not that. Thanks for the fast response!

I've seen this happen when the wrong charger is used.

Even though the connection feels tight, it may not be making proper contact. I had this issue with mine over time. Just take a butter knife or some other flat object and gently pry down (towards the back of the phone) on the USB connection in the charging port.
