Hey all,

I've read the other post conserning this error and have had no success.
I'm trying to resolve the issue for a customer

Her BB 8830 shows the uncaught exception error whenever the device is turned on, I can not enter any info whatsoever no keypad input works.

I updated the os and still no luck.

Exception stays up for 3 minutes and then the device powers off and a battery pull is needed to resart,

Any ideas?
