Uncaught Exception?

Recently wiped my 8320 and started fresh. almost every night for the past week, i've been woken by my phone beeping and a white light flashing saying the battery is totally drained. i finally kept a pad and pencil and wrote down some of the errors. this morning there were two: uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_qm_peer(150) is not responding. process terminating. also: uncaught exception: application net_rim_vad(29) is not responding. process terminating. not sure what the errors were on other nights as it was 4am and couldn't process mentally. i have made sure that my battery was completely charged before going to bed, and the phone is in the holder which puts it to sleep as well. i have two batteries, and they're both good, so i don't think that's the issue. this only happens at night, so i'm completely baffled. any help greatly appreciated,
