    I'm able to recieve e-mail from everyone on my 8310 but I'm unable to send any even when I press reply or write the whole address in full. The message I get is "message includes an invalid address" which clearly it doesn't as that person has just sent it to me??? Is this just a configuration issue that I'm missing? Help!

    Send your service books. Open your manage internet email - the envelope with a gear in front of it, click service books, then click send service books. Then reset your device, push your alt-right shift-delete keys, then as your screen lights up, do it again for a hard reset.
