On my Curve 8330 using the default Internet Browser.

For many websites, I will make a bookmark and then when I attempt to access it in the future I receive a 'HTTP Error 406: Not acceptable--The page is not supported by the browser, etc. etc.'

It seems strange that I'm able to navigate to any given website and view it just fine but when I attempt to access it from a bookmark I'm unable to.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Could it be that i have the phone set on the wrong emulation mode? It's currently set on 'Blackberry'.

Try this: open browser, go to bookmark list. Highlight a bookmark, click menu>edit. Scroll down, and click accept (without actually making any changes). See if that does it; I had a problem with bookmarks that was resolved this way.
