What is TTYSupport? and can I delete it out of applications? How do i find out if my curve 8310 is BES or BIS? And what is TID?

TTY is for the hearing impaired. You can delete it and free up some memory.

If you're using your BB through your job it might be BES, otherwise it's BIS. You will know if it's BES because your work will manage the email for you through their servers.
