I'm following the Upgrade Guide like I usually do and I'm stuck at the part where you're supposed to click the AppLoader. For some reason it's not in my Research In Motion folder like it should be. I thought it was because originally I was trying to install it on Windows 7 so I switched over to Vista and it's still not there. I've already installed the OS on my computer and ran CrackMem. All that's left is to actually upgrade my device. I just upgraded to the .164 OS last week and I didn't have any problems then.

Any reason why AppLoader wouldn't show up where it should and how do I fix it?

shoiuld be program files, common files, rim, then the os, open os and you should see app loader, inside app loader should be a loader exe. Maybe search your computer for the first part of the os's file name to loacate where it is...
