i converted my best friend to a curve user, she has an 8320 like me. i wanted to add her on BBM, but when i requested her using her pin nothing happened.

so, i told her to set up an e-mail address and she said she couldn't. i thought maybe she just didn't know what to click on or whatever so when i saw her i took her phone and there was no "set up internet e-mail" icon to click on.

i tried the setup wizard and everything but there was just no way to get to it.

This usually means that the account does not have a BB data plan set up.
