ok so im about to click next for the os and apps to go on the berry fingers crossed

Do not interrupt start-up give it a full hour if it needs it.

So much for dinner...

Files not available is not a good sign. The only way around it is a re-install of the device OS and try again. Other then Vendor, do not delete anything else.

Right on... you just need to uninstall the OS 4.5 from your PC. Reboot. Reinstall. Delete vendor.xml.

Your Berry is still wiped... on error 507?

Then connect to AppLoader and load OS

You need to uninstall the OS using add/remove programs. Then restart. Then reinstall. Nowhere did we say repair

Then attempt it... and, now that I think of it, are you positive this OS is for your exact device model??

it soesnt say 8320 but 8300 smartphone my pphone falls under this right because there is 8300 only 8310 8320 and 8330 right?

No. The OS is device-specific. Get the version from Orange UK for the 8320

i got it its downloading now after i install ill reboot and try it again after i delete the vendor file of course lol and ill post a new thread to let you know how it goes

Just keep us updated in this current thread, I am subscribed to it and we can continue to provide you with guidance to get you through this.

As you said, install the OS... remove vendor.xml file... run DesktopManager... should work fine now that you have the correct OS!!
