im restoring my curve and i am selecting what i want from my old phone to be put on the new and the only thing really i want, the address book, is greyed out. has anyone ever done this?

This is using the Backup/Restore, Advanced tab in Desktop Manager?

yea my bb was nuked and wouldnt stop rebooting but i fixed it thanks to crackberry ha but i backed it up before hand and now it is wiped clean. i go to restore it in the advanced tab and it is grayed out

now when i fixed the reboot cycle i believe i had to upgrade the os as well but im not sure if that would be it or not

Restore function should be independent of the OS installed on your BB.

so it shouldnt make a difference?
