I bought a ringtone for my personal Curve 8300. I want to use it on my work phone. What is the best way to transfer it to my work phone (8310)? I tried to use Desktop Manager and transfer from 8300 to PC back to 8310 and it would not play on the 8310.

The easiest way to transfer it would be through bluetooth. from the 8300 to the 8310

you can also email it to urself.

The file must be protected as it will not play when transferred via Desktop manager and will not "go" using MMS or bluetooth. I am stumped. the file name has a m4a.rem designation
