I am a new user of a BB Curve 8330 and I am having trouble transferring music from my computer. I have done it once, but now I can't. I have followed directions from Cobra302 and it is not working. Phone says media card is on and mass storage mode support is on, but then below it the message is "The media card is not available because Mass Storage Mode is currently in use." Also nothing pops up on my computer. I have Itunes open.
Can anybody help me? Most appreciative!
First I would reset your device by either pulling the battery, or hitting alt-shift-del. If that doesn't do anything, unless you have something on the card you need, I would reformat it.
That message on your device is normal though.. if you have mass storage turned on and its connected to your PC, then the device can't access the card. Not until it's unplugged. That's how it works.
I would try those 2 things first and then see if it shows up as a drive in windows explorer and if so you should be all set.
