So this morning my damn dog got a hold of the blackberry . It now looks like a chew toy haha. Anyway I've ordered a new one but had a question about my contacts and such. If I back up my bb on my computer can I restore that information to a new phone? I really don't want to enter everything in one by one.

Yes, desktop manager will do that. There is a tab to load all you info on a new phone. Good luck!
