    What does it say under BlackBerry Internet Service Connection?

    I inquired what BlackBerry Internet Service Connection, not Enterprise. Is this a work phone that you had connected to BES?

    You need to have your PIN updated, as the old PIN is no longer correct, since each BB have a unique PIN and they can't be transferred, it is like the IMEI number unique for each device (well RIM possibly could make the PIN switch happen, but they won't). Make sure that is set up correctly under the online BIS sccount management through your provider (unless you are using BES, then contact your BES admin).
