I am having an issue with transferring data from my treo 700p to the 8330 curve. I am running the 4.5.0.77 OS and have version 4.7 of desktop manager. during the switch from another device app, the DM will not recognize the palm desktop application, and will not transfer data. Does anyone know if there is a conflict with either the OS or DM versions? Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I would say try dm 4.5 or 4.6. 4.7 is kinda buggy

There is another solution, download the trial of Companionlink, that did my transfer very nicely
