I was wondering how I can transfer all of my contacts onto my Sim. My Sim address book is out of date and I have no idea how to update it.

Nope.

You can copy PHONE NUMBERS one by one to the SIM card Phone Book. You can't transfer all of your contact to the SIM at once and you can't transfer the rest of the contact information to the SIM.

And from what I know the SIM card only holds 250 contacts...
