Ok so I have been travelling throughout the country and in different timezones. The other day I could not unlock my phone because the keyboard wat double tapping different letters. I would press "a" and get "cl" and so on. I did a battery reset and it didn't work. I took the blackberry case off and cleaned the dust out of the screen and under the keyboard- and cleaned the trackball. Still nothing worked. A few hours later I was able to unlock the phone, the keyboard worked normally. Now the trackball button does nothing. If i take the trackball out and physically press the button down it still does nothing. any ideas?? Thanks
