    The track ball on one of our curves will scroll down on the interface but not up. The ball itself does physically move up and down. We have had our curves for only 2 1/2 months. She does use her curve alot but to have this go bad in 2 months is a disgrace.

    1) Is there anything we can do to fix the problem?
    2) Is this covered under manufacturer warranty or will we need to go through Asurion (for Verizon) to get a replacement phone?
    3) Can they fix this in the Verizon store or do we need to send it out?

    Just take it to the Verizon store. They do that stuff all the time. Your trackball is probably dirty. There is a lecture on here on how to clean it.

    The trackball is dirty. Check out youtube and search how to clean it. Or you can replace it too. It's a super super easy fix. Check out fonlogix or cnn. Cnn ships out of china so it takes longer. Fonlogix is like a dollar or two more expensive, but they ship out of the US.

    Yea for $9.95. Fonlogix sells them for $6 tho and CNN for $8.
