    I am thinking about getting a Curve.....but one thing kinda throws me off....will the track ball fall out? Break?

    not unless u make it come out or throw it really really really hard, i had mine thrown, and i dropped it before and still like new.

    The ENTIRE trackball assembly is incredibly durable.........no problems with my curve and/or my Son's Pearl...........even after my Son's 9000+ text messages a month.........it holds up well.......the BB's are remarkably durable devices.

    It will break if your kids use it as a frisbee but other than that you should be fine.

    The trackball is quite durable, it just needs some routine maintenance on occasion to remove the pocket lint that always seems to work it's way under the ball assembly.

    Trackball does not break easy.. I dropped mines a couple of times especiall coming out of my truck. But till this day, its still working!!
