Sorry, I'm new here.... this may be a stupid question! I just bought my mother a BB Curve 8330, and she has already managed to set a password, forget it, and subsequently lock herself out. Is there anyway to bypass that? Can I reset it for her somehow? If so, will that delete everything she has on it?

There is no way around the password. Put it in wrong 10 times and it will reset the phone and erase all the personal data on the phone. It will then reset to factory default and work fine with no password until you put in a new one.

Haha, thanks! No seriously, it is her phone. I yelled at her and told her that it was going to reset everything, but luckily she has only had it for 2 days, so there isn't really anything on it to reset. Thanks again!
