Search the net. I found a program that you can buy. I wasn't paying for it though. Find the file extension, go to google and type it in with "opening files" and you'll find it. Sorry, I forgot the name.

The IPD extractor is the option you're looking for. The program is not free, but it does have a free trial. I haven't used it, but it's commonly recommended.
