Had to replace my 8310 for keyboard warrant issues and was told that they were sending me a refurbished phone! Sent me a new one with all accessories. Made me grin.

That's awesome! I've always had very outstanding customer service from AT&T.

Yeah came in the box with charger, battery, backplate, etc. All of the things I had been told not to expect.

That's awesome! I never have that kind of luck... (Matter of fact, I just had to trade my brand new curve in for a referb, as I was having port problems. )


That's how I traded my Duo for a Curve though...

That's awesome. With AT&T, I never know what I'm going to get...I really think it depends on how the rep is feeling on the day that you're talking to them Luckily, they're always feeling good, so I haven't had too many issues w/returns....(and pre-Curve, I was the Returns QUEEN

They must have been out of referbs, otherwise I'm sure they would have sent one.
