Multimedia msgs are opened, viewed. When I go back to look at them again, they are gone. AT&T had me pull out battery and sim card, reinsert. That worked and the messages reappeared. Now its happening again and the prior solution doesn't work. The text msgs are there but not the mms. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Check your file free memory. If you are low on memory, your BB could automatically delete them, including SMS and email.

Options, Status, File Free Memory.

If it is low, I have seen this app caslled "Memory Up Pro" recommended over & over, and have it on my device.(There's a free trial period)
My 8330 is only a week old, I ran it when my phone was about 36 hours old, and it recovered 480,968B... Today I ran it again, it recovered 2,618,424B.

If it can do that much for a new phone, think of what it can do for an old one!
