    I have a AT&T 8300. Not happy with the service. I want to switch to T-Mobile. Will the 8300 work on T-Mobile? If so, what will I need to do?

    Nah it won't work unless you get it unlocked..

    Since you still have AT&T, call customer service and just ask them for the unlock code. They will give it to you over the phone and walk you through it if you want - for free!!! Then it will work with T-Mobile service.
