    I just updated my blackberry to 4.5 and it just keeps showing the hour glass on the screen. What do I do?

    Are you still plugged in or did it finish the upgrade? If you are still upgrading wait until you get an error message or a successful update.

    Yeah it finished the upgrade and everything and was still plugged in. Luckily, it just came back on after about 15 - 20 minutes. Thanks.
