    Hi everyone. I have 4.5 o/s in my BB 8330 Curve. I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 O/S for Christmas and discovered I can not sync my BB with it. Anybody know if this will be resolved or must I get a new BB? I use both for business and syncing is critical. Help!!!

    firstly install bb desktop manager, once installed plug device in, go to sync, than you need to configure your sync. if its your first time installing desktop manager on your computer it will walk you throught setting up all sync from computer to phone and vise versa

    Thanks for your reply. I did all that you suggested but when I was to configure it kept giving me config errors and therefore wouldn't sync. People @ Microsoft and BB are lost in suggesting solution, but I know my friends at CB would have an answer.

    Is windows the issue... not sure if desktop works with 7. What are you syncing to outllook, outlook express or something else. Is contacts syncing calendar? Where are you in the process
