I have bought a used 8300 from a guy as I was getting bored with my Pearl

All works well I updated the software to the latest OS, hacked it so I could get other carrier themes etc etc. I have just tried to synch it using PocketMac Synch manager now as I want to synch my ical with the Blackberry Calander and when I do I get the following message:

Now I had previously updated it a few days ago and it worked except it duplicated a lot of my appointments and I wanted to clean this up so I used the "Reset All Devices to First Sync State" setting ... have I messed something up and how do I fix this?
