They syncing has suddenly wanted to delete all of the old calendar info from my outlook 2007. When I look at the settings or go thru the wizard it is set to sync all of the info with no date limits. Where is this setting hidden that is screwing me up. It was working fine and none of the software has been changed. TIA

In calender on the device hit menu>options>general options and see if keep appointments is set to your liking.

Yes it is set to keep messages forever. Note that the problem is that the deletions are trying to be made in outlook not on the device
