Hello. Are you syncing with Microsoft Outlook? I have outlook 2007 and that info does transfer over but not in any of the readily visible fields. I have to open the contact and choose All Fields -> Miscellaneous Fields and it shows under "User Field 1." The info is there, but outlook has no predefined space for it and doesn't know how to file it so it tucks it away. I also keep a copy of the pin in the notes field for each contact though, just to have a more visible version.
