    Hi All,

    One of our clients is experiencing intermittent synchronization issues with his 8310. Occasionally some of the appointments which he creates on his PC (Outlook 2003) are not synchronized. His emails are synchronizing OK. The Time and Date on his BB are set correctly.

    We are running BES 4.1.1.9, Exchange 2003 with O2.

    I have removed and re-added him to the BES, re-activated about 10 times (over the past couple of months) and swapped his 8310 with mine.

    He has a 1.8 GB mailbox. Could this be affecting the sync process?

    Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
