We are running 8310's with a BPS server. The BPS server is linked to our Exchange 2007 server. We have noticed that if users either power down or let their batteries run down and leave it in this state for a week or 2, when powered back on the device doesn't always fully resynchronize itself with Exchange/Outlook. Is this to be expected?

Not sure if it is normal but running batteries down is not good. They need to keep them charged up.... low batteries can cause strange things.
