Yesterday while my 8310 was plugged into my computer through the USB connection, it automatically rebooted. After that happened, desktop manager says my BB is disconnected when in reality it is still connected. Blackberry device manager shows the device connected. I uninstalled the desktop manager and re-installed it, still showing disconnected. Started application loader wizard, detect communication port, finds the device on the port but still shows disconnected in desktop manager. Anybody have a clue what is going on? I'm sure its a setting on my blackberry, but can't find anything.
