So last night we switched my phone from my individual plan over to my parents' family plan and now I don't have internet or a data package. My email, BBM, browser doesn't work, and my BIS login is "suspended". I called tech support and the guy assured me he fixed the issue and I needed to *228 it and it would fix all my troubles. Well he was wrong and now it's too late to call support. This is frustrating...
THen you will need to need to call VZW again. IF they cannot resolve it then a couple of things will need to happen.
1. have them check the relay tool.
2. have them check a system called MARS. make sure after your change, which can happen sometimes that the authentication corrupted and those keys need to be reset. Called DMU reset.
3. If none of that works, back up your device, wipe it, and reset up from the ground up.
