That's not the problem. I don't know what the picturekiosk is. Is the new phone in the list of paired devices?

In the bluetooth options make sure address book transfer is enabled. Then highlight the new BB in the list and press menu and select device properties and set trusted to yes.

Sorry man, I tried to help. I don't know why the transfer address book option isn't there.

From now on anytime you add a app, theme, contact, calender entry or anything you should connect to DM and run a backup because you never know what's going to happen.

What if you copy the address book to the SIM card in the old phone, then put the SIM card back in the new phone and copy from card to phone?

Ug, Verizon. Nevermind... But is there any way to copy the contacts to a media card?

Verizon has an online backup utility where you can back up the old phone's contacts. I'm not sure how to switch devices to download those to the new phone but I'll bet your carrier could help you.

Take it to Verizon and see if they can help with transferring from one to the other. If you get the right person, they might be able to get it to send via bluetooth or something.

Reconsider that about setting up a gmail acct. It is a great way to back
up your wife's new phone once she gets all of her contacts on it.
