I have a BB 8310 curve with SunCom. I am not able to receive mms picures from outside providers such as cricket, alltel, att, etc. Is anyone else having this problem. Please help if you have a solution.

Problem: People are sending the pictures from their phones but I never receive anything. The arrows in the top right corner start flashing as if something is trying to come through but I never even get any kind of notificaion that I have an mms message. I called cs so much that its pointless to even call. They dont know how to fix the problem.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
