[Rynamite]

Hey everyone.
I have an icon of a yellow phone, with an arrow "bouncing" off of it, at the top of my screen. The arrow looks like the mirror image of a check mark, rotated a few degrees. (best way I can describe it)

I would think it would symbolize something was either being forwarded, or blocked. I've removed the battery and I've checked the call forwarding, which is set to "Do Not Forward".

Anyone ever this icon, or know how to get rid of it?

FYI- I have an 8330 with Sprint.

missed call maybe? Press your green phone button. then hit end see if it goes away.

Nope, it's not the missed call icon. It looks somewhat like it, only instead of an 'x' it has this 45 degree arrow...

I had that thought as well, but checked my call log and have no missed calls.

Sounds like the missed call icon to me as well. These icons are theme-specific, maybe switch to a default RIM theme and see what it looks like. What theme are you using?

Well, I switched back to a default theme, and now it's the yellow phone with 2 black arrows to the left. Which, a quick search reveals, IS the call forwarding icon. It's set to "Do Not Forward", though....

Another update. Through a search, I found that dialing *720 fixes this.

Glad someone figured this out, I had a buddy who was experiencing the same weird icon.
