I have searched for but haven't found anything for this particular question.
My wife just upgraded to an 8330 and I updated her with the newest official Verizon O/S.( I cant remember what it is, but I think it came out in Aug or Sept.) She's away for the weekend, and I sent her a video from my Storm via BBM5 which she downloaded okay but gets an unsupported error when trying to play it. Is this a Curve media player issue or does it involve codecs, or image sizes etc. I figured from BB to BB whether or not they are the same models it would play.
    Any ideas??

It might have something to do with the size of the recorded video. If the picture is larger than 320x240, I don't think the Curve will play it as the Curve or any other BlackBerry for that matter will not scale down video that has a higher resolution than that of the native screen.
